Production system for construction
Construction production with Last Planner System
Not every work front deserves a spot in the week.
Promekt shows you which work is ready to start, what's stuck and why, and which of this week's promises can actually be kept.

The problem
The week doesn't break all at once. It breaks when something gets promised before it's ready.
The schedule can be flawless and the crew still ends up waiting. The question that matters isn't whether the work is in the plan — it's whether it can be done yet.
01
Every site meeting starts the same way: nobody knows which plan is the real one.
02
The schedule says what should happen. The field needs to know what can happen today.
03
Blockers get discovered when the crew is already standing around waiting.
04
Reliability gets measured at month's end, when there's nothing left to fix.
Production system
The plan doesn't reach the field until it passes a visible test.
Three lenses and three moments: continuity, preparation, and real closeout. That's how you decide what deserves to become a promise before the week starts.
Trade
Continuity over loose task lists.
A guided pilot demo shows the product surfaces. We do not publish screenshots until current data and approval are in place.

Lens 01
Continuity over loose task lists.
The question isn't who has a task assigned. It's whether the crew can keep moving without jumps, waits, or improvised work fronts.
How it works
It's not a list of modules. It's a chain of decisions.
Each stage protects the next: first order, then preparation, then promise, execution, and learning. A promise doesn't appear out of nowhere; it's earned with conditions in plain sight.

Pull Planning
Does the sequence support the milestone?
What it does
Defines the order of work: trades, zones, dependencies, and milestones.
What it works with
The critical milestone, known problems, and the project's logic.
What it delivers
A work sequence ready to move into preparation.
What carries into the next decision
If the sequence doesn't hold up, it gets fixed here — before anything is promised.
Our origins
Born on the job site, not from a template.
Real construction
Promekt grew out of Xivil’s construction experience. Today it stands as an independent brand.
Proof before promise
The product is demonstrated with current, authorized surfaces. We do not use imaginary dashboards or turn field proof into a public promise.
Authorization before publishing
Clients, project names, figures, and results appear only when we have support and explicit authorization for that publication.
Common questions
What you'd ask before trying it.
Straight answers about what Promekt solves, what it doesn't replace, and how it gets tested on a real project.
Does Promekt replace MS Project or Primavera?
No. Your contractual schedule stays where it lives today. Promekt works in the space those tools don't cover: what happens each week between the plan and the job site — what's ready, what's stuck, and what was promised.
Will the field crew actually use it?
It's built so they will. It speaks the way people speak on site: work front, blocker, owner, and closeout. If the crew needs a manual to understand it, that's on us, not them.
How does it prevent inflated reliability numbers?
Reliability is calculated only from promises closed with evidence. You can't push the number up by ticking boxes: if the work didn't truly finish, the metric shows it.

Pilot
Try Promekt for 30 days on a real work front.
We don't try to change the whole project. We pick one concrete stretch and test whether field and office start seeing blockers earlier and committing to the week with less friction.
30 days
1 critical front
2-4 trades
3-6 zones
Reference scope only: it is confirmed based on availability and commercial/legal review before it starts. The pilot does not change your contractual schedule.
Next step
Make next week's promises earn their place.
Promekt gets tested on one concrete stretch of your project. If a front isn't ready, you'll see it before it becomes a commitment.
